The lifetime value of the contract cannot be calculated due to the GMS contract being held in perpetuity. <br/><br/>The Mote Medical Practice are a new provider for the provision of primary medical services at the Staplehurst site, but they are an existing GMS Contract holder. <br/><br/>The contract variation to the existing providers GMS contract will be effective from 1st April 2025. There is no end date as contract is in perpetuity.
