PUB24028 - Expression of Interest - Mental Wellbeing Support Helpline

Torbay Council is planning a procurement process to secure a supplier for the delivery of a Mental Wellbeing Support Helpline, to provide support to Torbay residents from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2029. The process is currently in the planning stage with an Expression of Interest (EOI) notice, under the industry category of Health and Social Work services. This procurement exercise requires potential suppliers to provide person-centred, trauma-informed support, with the ability for transfer of functions and staff under TUPE if necessary.
