Supported Living DPS
Overview
Summary, notice description and lot information
Leicestershire County Council is conducting a public procurement process titled "Supported Living DPS," focused on health and social work services in the UKF22 region. This process, initiated under a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) and guided by the Light Touch Regime, aims to deliver innovative supported living models that ensure value for money while meeting individuals' needs. The DPS is currently active, with the tender period closing on 31st January 2029.
The procurement method being used is a restricted procedure, necessitating selective participation and electronic submissions through the East midlands Tenders portal. This tender presents a substantial opportunity for businesses capable of offering progressive supported living models tailored to the outcomes and support needs of individuals. With a total contract value of £156,789,898, service providers specialising in health and social work services will find the opportunity attractive.
Collaborating with Leicestershire County Council can enable growth for businesses focused on delivering high-quality community-based care services. Organisations that can showcase value-driven solutions aligned with the needs of the region will be well-positioned to succeed in this procurement process.
The primary purpose of this notice is to publicise that the period of validity of this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is being extended to 23 February 2029. The Council wishes to work with Providers who can demonstrate and deliver a progressive model of Supported Living (SL) which achieves and maintains value for money and which can meet individuals' outcomes and support needs. The DPS follows the guidance of PCR2015 Part 2, Chapter 2, Section 4 Reg 34, but it should be noted that the procurement falls under the Light Touch Regime.
For further information please see the specification within the procurement documents. Note, originally published and tendered using demand.sproc.net by Adam HTT Limited and transitioned to run on Eastmids Tenders. The original OJEU notice can be accessed via the link below: ted.europa.eu/udl.
