The Procurement has resulted in the selection of a single provider to enter into the Contract for the Services. The Council has used the competitive flexible procedure under S20(2)(b) of the Procurement Act 2023. For the purposes of the Procurement Act 2023, the Contract is a Light Touch Contract; as such, the Council is only bound by the Procurement Act 2023 to the extent that it regulates Light Touch Contracts.
The contract is subject to three extensions of three years each extension (3+3+3).
