Text Crisis Service

The NHS North West London Integrated Care Board, in collaboration with Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust, is overseeing the procurement process for a 24-hour Text Crisis Service to be utilised across multiple regions within London, UK, specifically regions UKI, UKI3, UKI31, and UKI7. This procurement falls under the services category and is currently in the planning stage, with the milestone for engagement scheduled for completion by 15 January 2026. The procurement aims to finalise the route to market following submissions for the Request for Information, with a future notice date set for 16 February 2026.
