This approach ensures continuity of provision while allowing sufficient time to develop a modern, integrated wellbeing offer that meets the needs of Kent residents. The Wellbeing Services in the Community contracts are commissioned services which aim to help people take a proactive approach to their health and wellbeing, increase independence, and prevent, reduce or delay the need for additional care and support services. These services are part of Kent County Council's (KCC) broader approach to preventing, reducing and delaying the need for care and support.
