This Service delivers a high standard, NICE-approved, integrated ADHD assessment and management service, combining primary and secondary care expertise for integrated service delivery. The specialist assessment and diagnostic service for adults with suspected ADHD is for patients registered with a GP practice in Surrey Heartlands. The service will support adults to obtain a timely diagnosis of their condition, supporting the reduction in wait times across Surrey Heartlands ICB. Provision will encompass: * Best practice continuity of care - diagnosis, treatment initiation and long term follow up High standards of efficiency and access in order to deliver capacity while optimising cost effectiveness for the Commissioner Robust data collection and tracking to inform future service evolution and improvement * Virtual and/or face to face clinics * Signposting of patients with ADHD to other agencies and sources of support as appropriate including local and national support organisations * Provision of guidance on self-help strategies and recommendations for patients in support of self-care. Signposting of patients with an unconfirmed diagnosis to appropriate local services and support networks. This contract is activity based only. This contract is for a term of 12 months from 19th August 2025 until 18th August 2026 with an option to extend once for up to 1 year. This contract is awarded through the Direct Award B process of the Provider Selection Regime. This is both a new service and a new provider to Surrey Heartlands ICB. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.
