Employers for Carers

The Council of the Borough of Kirklees has completed a procurement process titled "Employers for Carers" aimed at acquiring services within the health and social work sector. This procurement process utilised a direct method, conducted below threshold without competition, aligning under the legal basis of UKPGA 2023/54. The contract award was signed on 31st March 2025, covering a service period from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2027, with a contract value of £88,000.

The project is located within the Yorkshire and Humber region (UKE), and the central service deliverable is the membership to the Employers for Carers service, facilitating access to their digital website and Spectrum resources.
