Framework Agreement for Early Years Pre School Education Provision in Powys

Powys County Council (the Council) engaged with suitably qualified and experienced organisations for Early Years Pre School Education Provision in Powys.Since September 2017, Powys early years education has been provided via contracted early years settings.From September 2025, the Council will be seeking to award new contracts for the next five years.All 3 and 4 year olds will have access to up to 10 hours of Early Years Education per week during term time. The new funding formula implemented in April 2024 PS5 per hour per child.
