The purpose of the PIN is to gauge interest and connect with providers within this market-place to better understand market interest, capability and capacity to deliver the requirements. The information provided will help us to form and shape the service specification for a framework that will be conducted under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) that will last 4 years.
