PTHB are seeking Expressions of Interest from providers to assess potential interest and capacity to deliver: - Out of Hours (OOH) General Medical Services (GMS) to Powys patients (excluding patients registered with Ystradgynlais Medical Practice) - OOH medical cover at PTHB community hospitals (excluding Ystradgynlais Community Hospital) - Additional services as detailed below, required in hours and OOH as specified. The OOH period is 6.30pm to 8am Monday to Thursday, 6.30pm Friday to 8am Monday, and all day public/bank holidays Further Detail of the requirement is included with the EOI. Interested providers are required to respond by completing the 'provider's response' section in the EOI. The response should be a narrative to support and affirm how the provider would meet the requirement and to provide information that confirms your ability to satisfy and specific requirements and criteria.
