HCC - Jul 25 - Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) - Residential Placements for Children and Young People aged 7 years and above with Challenging Behaviour and Complex Needs across four sites

Hertfordshire County Council is engaging in a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) for the provision of Residential Placements for Children and Young People aged 7 and above with challenging behaviour and complex needs across four sites: Brickendon, Cassiobury, Clothall, and Melbourne. The current procurement process is in the planning stage, with an upcoming Provider Event on 17 July 2025 at their Stevenage base. Interested organisations must submit their Provider Questionnaires by 12:00 Noon on 31 July 2025.
