Summary, notice description and lot information
NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board (ICB) is currently in the planning stage of its market engagement process to review and redesign the All-age Neurodevelopmental Service, covering Autism and ADHD, specifically within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin locality. This initiative is classified under health services and is intended to enhance neurodiversity service pathways and processes. Interested organisations are encouraged to register and submit their Expressions of Interest by 16:00 on 30 May 2025 via the Atamis Health Family eCommercial System.
The engagement seeks input from various providers and organisations to potentially inform future contracting under the Healthcare Services Regulations 2023, with no obligation for the board to commence a subsequent procurement process. This tender offers significant opportunities for businesses specialising in neurodiversity services. Organisations experienced in Autism and ADHD assessment, support, advice, and interventions will find this engagement particularly relevant.
The potential for growth lies in influencing future service design and commissioning solutions in the region. Businesses operating within or looking to enter the healthcare services sector, particularly those with a focus on neurodevelopmental needs, can leverage this engagement to establish or solidify their presence in the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin area. This is an opportunity for public sector, professional, and third-sector organisations to become involved in shaping innovative solutions in healthcare provision.
NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board ( STW ICB) is embarking on a program of reviewing and redesigning improved All Age Neurodiversity Services (currently Autism and ADHD in particular). STW ICB wishes to engage with any Providers, Professional Organisations, Public Sector Organisations and Third-sector Organisations to help review, shape and design the best possible pathways and service processes for All Age Neurodiversity Services within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Locality.

STW ICB is seeking Expressions of Interest (EoIs) from potential providers that are suitably qualified and experienced in delivering Neurodiversity Services, but in particular seeking expressions of interest from providers who currently deliver any or all of the following:
- Autism Assessment
- Autism Support - pre or post diagnosis
- Autism Advice and/or Signposting
- ADHD Assessment
- ADHD Prescribing/medical intervention
- ADHD non-medical interventions
- ADHD Support - pre or post diagnosis
- ADHD Advice or Signposting

Any Organisation wishing to express an interest in engaging in this process within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (STW) area should register their interest and complete the questionnaire on the Atamis Health Family eCommercial System at https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome, no later than 16:00 hours on Friday 30 May 2025.

The potential contract period and value are not currently available at this stage as this PIN is purely to assist with the re-design of pathways and processes within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Health Care System through a series of engagements.

Please only express an interest if you have the relevant authority to do so on behalf of your organisation.

The STW ICB reserves the right not only to change/amend it's approach but also reserves the right not to proceed with any future procurement.

Please note those Organisation's that have expressed an interest will still be required to register separately for any future procurement and should not rely on their response to this EoI to participate in market engagement.
