The Service provided by a Provider shall: i. meet the licensing requirements of a Secure Care for Children in a Secure Unit in accordance with Law and Guidance; and ii. promote the needs and the wellbeing of the Child through a comprehensive Child's Plan, integrating care, health and education, wherever possible; and iii. support and facilitate the achievements of the Child's Plan Outcomes for a Child with a wide range of support needs for the Duration of the IPA entered into in accordance with the Contract; and iv. promote the underpinning principles, values and objectives of the Purchasers to ensure the delivery of high standard Services and facilities in accordance with the Service Specification; and v. provide secure, well maintained, appropriately furnished and suitable accommodation for the purpose of meeting the needs of the Child in accordance with Law and Guidance; and vi. provide a planned programme of educational activities in accordance with Law and Guidance, sufficiently varied and supervised by the Provider's Staff, ensuring that the Child's educational attainment and potential is realised; and vii. facilitate access to appropriate arrangements to meet the health and mental health needs of the Child in accordance with Law and Guidance and reflecting any requirements detailed in the IPA..
