No change to main contract term which remains 1 April 2022-31 March 2030 (including 3 year extension) This modification is permissible in line with Section 13 - 2A & 2B (ii) of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The modification is made in response to external factors beyond the control of the relevant authority and the provider, including but not limited to: * changes in prices in accordance with a formula provided for in the contract documents but does not render the contract materially different in character
